Our computerized muscle stimulating treatment is equivalent to traditional exercise and can even be used as an alternative for those who cannot perform traditional exercise—or for those who do not wish to. As you progress with the program through our motivational tapes and counseling, however, we encourage you to add traditional exercise to your routine to help you achieve lasting results and develop a healthier lifestyle.

The foundation for a healthy lifestyle is based on good eating habits. We educate and increase our clients’ awareness regarding their food selection, and guide them toward healthy choices. We do not promote fad diets or starvation; simply healthful, balanced eating, focused on variety and portion control. During the first four weeks we encourage our clients to educate themselves about different types of diets, and then we can help them choose a plan that can easily be integrated into their lifestyle.

Motivation
motivationSometimes the idea of simply eating less and exercising more can seem daunting to people. It’s the same thing they’ve tried dozens of times, but failed to achieve the desired results. We give our clients the tools they need to gradually change their lifestyle so that they don’t just lose the weight and inches; they keep it off. Bailine’s motivational program helps clients examine their current lifestyle and learn how to successfully combine nutrition, training and a can-do attitude to experience positive changes in their lives.
